Aleksandr Kokorin Ruled Out of Group A Decider

Russia forward Aleksandr Kokorin will miss Saturday's Group A game against Greece after suffering a torn hamstring in training in Sulejowek on the eve of the match.

Russia forward Aleksandr Kokorin has been ruled out of Saturday's Group A game against Greece with a torn hamstring.

The 21-year-old suffered the injury in training in Sulejowek on Thursday and will take no part tomorrow as Dick Advocaat's side seek the point that will take them through to the UEFA EURO 2012 quarter-finals. Kokorin will undergo further examinations to determine whether the problem will sideline him for longer. An unused substitute in Tuesday's draw with Poland, he came on for the last six minutes of the opening victory against the Czech Republic.
